woow havent posted for two days..so i shall have to do a little recap...

FRIDAY
hmm had archy tute first thing in the morning.. which was really boring as per usual. actually the tutor is kinda annoying cause he sorta always thinks he is right, so you cant really bring up any ideas of your own cause he will just shun them as being incorrect or not properly answering the Q he asked. ah well. only six more weeks of him and we'll all be freeeeee. and then the chem lab was really good; prelab took some time to complete..but was all aight in the end.managed to leave the lab in just two hours.. which is pretty good considering the labs usually go for 3hours. not sure how the others in the lab went, but me and my two other friends who i work with finished and left reasonably earlyish :D ummm we had noodles for dinner and i think thats all the interesting stuff that happened that day.. no wait.. i watched Om Shanti Om again haha. such a good movie. now i think thats all lol.

SATURDAY
today had to wake up early cause had to go to work. and then after work came home and had to get ready for piano competition :D comp went alright, well i was pleased with the result anyways. and then after piano comp i watched kung fu hustle cause it was on TV. its soooo funny hahaha. esp the little fat lady who is always screaming and stuff. i recommend for everyone to watch it :) the wikipedia page is linked in here. make sure you watch the chinese one with subtitles, cause the one with english dubbing realllly sucks haha.. it ruins all the expression and everything. but yeaa the chinese one is hilarious. talking about hilarious.. here is a youtube clip of sheldon from the big bang theory arguing with the azn restaurant owner about the tangerine chiken in fact being orange chicken.. soo hilarious. basically.. he reckons that the azn restaurant is selling orange chicken as tangerine chicken.. so he learns mandarin so that he can go and complain to them.. but he obviously doesnt learn it very well as you can see from the vid haha.



anyways.. this brings us to today, SUNDAY!!!!!!
ummmm woke up lateish today cause was up late the night before, watching kung fu hustle lol. had to clean up my room this morning cause since after i got my room painted we ad to move all the furniture and books around and didnt get a chance to put it all back till today. and then have ppls over for lunch today, so mum cooked heappps and i ate wayy too much. and then yeaah.. now im here blogging away, and watchin clips from bbt on youtube ahhaha. i think i shall go and do piano prac a bit later on. and i might get some study done as well :O

short post..

just a quick post today, im doing an assignment so cant spend too long on this thing.
umm today was good. lect was boring,lab was alright. haha got to watch jonny and shiyeng doing dancing.. had to ring my friend so he could come over and help them as well.. THANKS MINH! and then also went to broadways cause ppls wanted to eat.
ummm ohh i got bitten on the forehead by a mosquito.. but luckily it just became a bump thingy not like red or anything.. so i just walked around as if i hit my head on smthing..which really isnt any better if you think about it. ohh and my room is officially re-painted. really like it. its so bright now.

kk thats all. short post i know.. but assignment is more important atm :D:D

stone tools~

today was good.. nothing special, uni was alright.. nothing super cool so to speak happened. well.. that was until i had my archaeology practical in the afternoon. seriously,it was the most BORING thing ever. we had to measure and draw stone tools. soo boring. and the teacher was like heaps enthusiastic as if anyone cared.. but to be honest i doubt anyone in the prac cares the slightest haha. ah wells. its over thankfully and i made it out alive :D
oohh annd i am getting my wall re-painted :D like in my room.. the feature wall. because the current colour is really dark, and since my room is on the south side of the house.. i get basically no sunlight so it tends to get abosrb all the light out from my room so its sorta darkish. soo i am getting it repainted in this lighter brown colour. got home from uni today and the painter man has done the first two coats.. and doing the other coats tmr. it already looks soo nice and bright even though he hasnt finished it.. cause its the suede finish thing so there are lots of layers. hopefully he will finish tmr :D
hmm okay i think this is all, shortish post haha. gonna go watch tv later i think..

new headphones!!

YAAAY my headphones finally arrived. woo. ordered them from ebay a couple of weeks ago and then they finally came today :D cause usually they send the little email thingy saying that 'your item will be posted in the next couple of days' but this time there was no such email/.so i basically thought they stole my money and didnt send them. nonetheless.. they sent them :D yaaay. and they are reallly reaalllllyyy good. cause they are in-ear headphones.. i was just gonna try them out and then if they were good.. i would buy a proper set. but these seem really good, so hopefully they will last a long time xD they look like this :



but yeaah im happy now.. cause they turned out to be really really god so i thoroughly recommend to anyone who is reading this to buy IN EAR headphones. they are soo awesome cause they sorta block out all the external noise, so you can 1. keep the volume soft so you dont kill your ears and conserve battery power, and 2. you can actually hear BASS without having to turn it up really loud. okk i think i shall stop ranting on about in-ear headphones even they are so awesome and i thoroughly recommend them. okay i will stop being a earphone marketer NOW.

umm.. today was good..otherwise.. besides the awesome headphone arrival haha.had uni, and usual stuff. i was up till 2am this morning watching the big bang theory.. so waking up at 650 in the morning was a bit annoying. but i let myself 'sleep in' till 7:00 hahaha. then had to rush around a bit and get to the bus stop. OHH> my smart rider stopped working today..soo random. well i used the bus to get to the station, then and then the train into the city. and then when i was boarding the bus to uni it started flashing the little red light thingy. i was like WTF. cause i had just used it like 5mins before to get on the train. anyhow.. managed to score a free ride cause the bus driver checked that i had heaps of credits on my smartrider so i wasnt being a cheapo hahaa.anyways.. for lunch we deiced to go upto chilliz and took the bus, again it wasnt working. but then on the way home from uni it miraculously started working again.. i think i must've forgottedn to tag-off somewhere./ but i dno how cause to get out of the train station i gotta get through these gate thingies.. and i managed ot get through lol :P cause it came up with some default fair paid thing.. and the light was orange.. but eehh it fixed itself in the end.. managed to get home without any troubles which was good :D
ohh and i also got my archy paper back. soo annoyed. he marked really harshly for some unkown reason. but then it can only get better from here, so yeaah fingers crossed it will all be okay in the end.

back to uni

gah. didnt get a chance to post yesterday. i was watching tv all afternoon, and playing the sims2, and then had people come over for dinner so i was busy helping mum and stuff. and then, after they left.. watched a movie on TV so ended up just sleeping after it finished. yesterday was good.. basically relaxed for the whole day apart from the usual two hours of piano practice. i was thinking on saturday, that i have basically wasted this whole study break by not studying much, so could potentially start on sunday,, but then when sunday came around i was just like screw this. i shall enjoy my last day of break, and then i can just work harder once uni started. so thats what i did. and then also mum's back so i don't have to worry about cooking and stuff hehehe. ended up sleeping earlyish yesterday straight after the movie cause had to wake up all bright and early for uni today..hahaha
WELL, today woke up.. but was still tired for some unkown reason. wierd given the fact i slept early yesterday ahahha.oh well, probly just overslept. anyhow. had to rush around getting ready,and then came downstairs for breakfast. mum had the usual fruit salad waiting for me to eat.. but god damn there were so many pears+apples. and these were all the hard super chewy ones.. so was chewing like mad to eat them all. and then after breakfast had to RUN to the busstop. luckily i made it to the busstop as the bus was rumbling down the hill. and there were others waiting at the busstop so it was all good... didnt have to flag down the bus whilst running hahaha. uni was aight, hbio was boring as usual, and then just studied mbc in the library. went for lunch in broadways since it is marissa's bday today. had a pizza in the tavern thingy. luckily there weren't any guard ppls to check wether i was 18+ cause everyone else was.. besides me :( anyhow, the pizza was really really good. just a basic margarita..cheese+tomato+basil+herbs. and it was woodfired which was really good. actually i got the pizza, and then when it came, linh was like ohh can i have half if i pay you for half.. so she ate half and i had the other half. wasn't too hungry so it was okay. umm watched zarnia and ms malaysia play pool after. and then headed back to uni for the chem lect. nothign too interesting there LOL. went for bbl-t after at utopia in the city,and then just caught the train back home :D
umm prac'ed piano and then did some studying/revision stuff for tmr.. and now im blogging away. gonna go for dinner soon (i hope) cause im sorta starting to feel hungry.. ohh and big bang theory is on tonight. recorded it and will watch it later one.

last saturday before the storm/

the 'storm' to which i refer to is the upcoming half of the semester..gonna be damn intense haha. exams in only 7 weeks. but i have a plan to study HEAPS and get all HD's :D well thats the plan.. now i just gotta put it into action. ie will needa study lots=storm. there we go hahaha.
anywayss, today was good fun. had work today so had to wake up early which was a bit of a bummer. after work went to the airport to pick up mummy and my sis :D seriously, i think they were like the last ppl out so i was waiting around for agggeesss. dad was driving around so we dont have to pay for the parking hehehe. anyways, they eventually came out and we all headed home. hmm what did i have at home? oohh i remember.. PASTA! yum. just made some up cause i hadn't eaten lunch, and it was already about 4ish in the afternoon. then i had to go upstairs and get ready for.... MARISSA'S PARTY!!!!!
she had her dinner/party thing at this tavern in canningvale; she just booked out this whole 'lounge' section, and we all just wondered around that area. was pretty fun, cept the jukebox was sorta sucky cause the song selections werent all that modern and hip. anyhow, the food was aight, and the portion sizes were HUGE> seriously even i had to leave some of my dish.. cept i felt SO bad cause i coudnt finish it :( mum always told me to always finish whatveers on my plate.. but this time by golly i was full. i think cause i got this risotto thingy, but it was REALLY creamy, and the portion size was huge, so it was pretty filling. so i just left it. and then to top it off, there was cake.. which i took this ginormously huge piece and again had to basically stuff it in. THEN, the waiter brought out fruit salad with cream.. and i had half of it, and shared the other half with my friend :D ohh btw; HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARISSA!!
annd it was also lennise's bday today, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY LENNISE!!!
didnt really celebrate lennise's birthday cause it was mainly marissa's party, we just had a cake and stuff for lennise..BUT she was having a party with her sch friends after marissa's (she left early) so yeaah. anyways, fun was had, and i ate WAYY too much. after they were heading off to karaoke, but we had to drop winnie home, so we went down to her house to drop her off, then aunty dropped me home cause i wasn't too keen on going for karaoke...so basically yeaah, thats my rundown of the day. now im sitting here, as you can probably imagine, typing away, whilst chatting on msn.. needa make the most of the last few days of my 'break from study' so im pretty much doing exactly that :P

last day of study break!

damn, the study break went by so fast. today was officially my last day of study break, cause from tomorrow.. its just a normal weekend. the break was WAYY to short. need more time so that we can study+do nothing. cause so far, ive just done the 'do nothing' part.. so im gonna have to hit the ground running when next week comes around. gotta do so much study. argh. need a longer break.oh well. two more months then get to hv a loonnngg break!! cant wait. well actually i can, cause in two months time its exams and MEDICINE INTERVIEWS. ah, its already september-the year has gone by wayy too quickly. seemed like only yesterday when i walked into winthrop hall for my enrollment. and Oweek and the awesomely fun Oday. *sigh* so many cool memories. OOH and the keychain. anyways. so far the yr has been really fun so yeaah, cant complain.

hmm today was pretty good actually. didnt do much study, but oh well. managed to do one lecture!!*claps* i played the sims2 and DDR as well. and thenn i did like 2 hours of piano prac which was fun. well. i only practiced for about 2hours, but then i kept playing other random stuff for another hour or so. hmm what else. OOO i made enchiladas for dinner which turned out pretty good actually. dad didnt complain which is always a good thing.
