i couldn't think of an imaginative interesting and highly riveting title for this post, so i decided to name it after today's date.. cant go wrong with that =] hahaha.
well, today was basically uneventful..
first day back to uni from after the study break..found out everyone else was as slack i was which was nice to know hahaha. it was nice to meet up with lots of friends and stuff. since i haven't seen them for a whole of ONE WEEK :O
getting back into the lecture/work routine actually wasn't too bad, i guess cause the break was only one week...
i epically screwed up my anhb test today though... like it was REALLY bad. but oh well, it was only 4% thankfully. so i can hopefully make up for it in the next couple of tests :)
four days till my chem exam.. three days of study left.tues, wed and thurs,, well i still have tonight, so its more like 4 days of study left... so hopefully will be prepped by the time fri comes along. the lecturer said she was goign to do prac Q during wed's lecture so that should be good!
ooh. i had a huge music dl'ing sesh yesterday night, and dled all these new songs and such. i was listening to the american top 40 so was 'exposed' to the music over there which was good. i think the song sugar by FloRida is gonan be big, cause he has used the tune from the 'im blue dabadee' song, which is so incredibly catchy, but yeaah its a really good song!
aand that is all for now. im uber tired, and still gotta do some chem study so will go nows (:

two days posting
dammn, didnt get to post yesterday. was busy studying at my usual night time blogging time..
so today i will have to post for today and tm!
SATURDAY
today was basically uneventfull. i tried to study for basically the whole day. but i was on msn and surfin the net so wasnt exactly productive haha. oooh dad came back from up north today (he was doing a clinic thingo), but he didnt get me a fossil :( (apparently, according to my arcy tutorial person, there are lots of fossils and stone tools in the kimberly area, so i was hoping dad could find me smthign cool..well wasnt really expecting ... but still!) annd im gonna be getting a bang&olufsen sound system soon :):) cause dad saw an advert thingo in the plane magazine, and was inspired so yeah!! hopefully it wont be too long before we get it-must experience the amazing sound quality asap hahaha. it is this sound system in the advert, but we still gotta look into it. well i like this one so hopefully can persuade dad to buy this one. aahh wells. apart from that excitement,, nothing much happened...just study and such...

today was gd! managed to study a bit in the morn, and then went to the temple in the evening..had lots to eat there ahaha. lots beign too much.. temple food is soo yumm! came back from there about half an hour ago, and was just working on the net just now. and now im blogging! hoping to watch a movie of some sorts tonight...not sure yet; might just sit on the comp, but i wanna enjoy my last day of mid-sem break ahhaha. well, i got a test tmr in Hbio. but im almost ready for that i guess...but i still got time to study for that later tnite :)
annndd FIVE days till my chem exam ... thankfully i got heaps of time to study still so should be well prepared by the time friday comes around! im so not looking forward to uni starting again tmr.. having to get back into routine and stuff, but i am looking forward to meeting everyone and stuff.

study competitions and cooking
today i studied. heaps. my friend and i decided yesterday that we would compete to see who could study the most today. basically, during the uni break, both of us have been really slack, so we decided if we compete, then maybe it will motivate us :D well, so far i've done six hours. and im aiming to get about eight hours done today so im all good! not sure what he is on. before i go on, a quick shout out to jackythechan who has forced me to study so that i can hopefully beat him :P well, now i have stereochemistry floating around my head and i wont be surprised if i get a chirality-induced-nightmare tonight! hahaha. its not that bad i guess, but still..its pretty bad haha. and my exam is officially in ONE WEEK> well, by this time i will be rejoicing cause it will be ovverrr. *hooray* im excited at the thought already haha. :D
apart from my six hours ( so far,im still going) of study, nothing much eventful happened. wait no. something eventful DID happen. i made dinner! i just made pasta! well i didn't technically make the pasta.. cause i used the ones which come in the packet, BUT I made my own sauce from fresh tomatoes, and basil from the garden. it actually wasn't too bad.. and the only thing that mum complained about was that the pasta wasn't perfectly al dente but i can blame that on the pasta ppls cause i followed the instructions on the side of the pack.. they said boil for seven mins.. i boiled for seven mins.. ahh well. at least my sauce was yummy so that's a good thing i guess. oh, if you read about my noodle incident, you'll be pleased to know today my serving sizes were good, and we didn't have ANY leftovers.
well i must go nows and get back to studying. make sure i can beat my friend. OOH/ i took a screen of that house i made yesterday in the sims 2:

holy moly! this woman is ammazing. well. its more of a 'dont judge a book by its cover' thing, but that aside, she is still absolutely brilliant.

brill acting
just a quick note to say that Mariska Hargitay's acting on L&O:SVU tonight was BRILLIANT. (she plays Olivia Benson). it was season 9, episode 15, and she was absolutely amazing!
one week!
hooray!
as of today, i have been blogging for ONE week!
which is pretty good for me, cause i've made heaps of blogs, but none of them have actually lasted for more than a week. xD soo hopefully this one will last for a long time :)
otherwise, today was gd! had piano lesson in the morning which went alright. my teacher had to go about five mins early so whilst i was waiting for mum to pick me up i got to play on her grand piano which was great fun. she has a steinway which always sounds brilliant and it was nice being able to play it without her 'hawk eyes' watching hahaha. then i went to the shops with mum..grocery shopping, and we bought abox of MI GORENG :D then came home and studied. stoopid chem. andd then i ate lunch... which consisted of left over noodles (see yday's post) and some stuff mum had cooked. i then was gonna study, but decided to play gta:cw instead. i passed it :) well, the main story line atleast. there are still heaps of side missions and stuff but i passed the most important thing haha. annnd once again i will stress> it's a BRILLIANT game.
after that i played the piano for a bit and then i made a mocha to drink with some left over chocolate hot cross buns i found inthe pantry. and then i played the sims 2; made another big mansion hahaha. ill have to post a screen of it some time. probly in tmr's post. and then i ate dinner, and now im sitting here blogging and chatting on msn.
oooh, law and order is on tonight! its only SVU, but any law and order is awesome. ill have to wait till mtr night to watch the original law and order, but still, SVU is better than nothing :P

studying and eating too much
woot. i am officially proud to say i did a substantial amount of study today :) which is good. cause me exam is approaching fast. and i still haven't started studying for my Hbio quiz. but hopefully it will all be ok. just gonna post something short cause i reallly needa get some work finished tonight so that i can keep tmr free for studying. ooh, and i got piano lesson tmr morn at 830 so that will disrupt my schedule slightly but oh well, i can always adjust!
today i decided to make stir fry noodles.. i looked at recipes on the net(for the sauce/dressing) then decided to make up my own 'original' sauce. annd i got to cook outside today on the wok burner next to my bbq thingo which was rather cool. well, i made WAY too much. waaayyyyyy too much. i think cause i was hungry i sorta got exicted and exaggerated my serving amounts when i was prepping, but ah wells, atleast i wont have to cook lunch tmr haha.
ahk wells, i better go off nows and finish the work i gotta do, then i will be able to study lots tmr...hopefully...unless i get distracted. (by gta tehehehe)
